HVAC website packages, side by side

A heating company without a working website loses calls it never hears about. The homeowner with a dead furnace searches, taps the first listing that shows a phone number and a service area, and books someone else. HVAC.Express exists to close that gap quickly and properly: a fixed scope, a fixed price and a launch window you can plan around.

We are a marketing and website service for HVAC businesses, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We build and market websites for heating and cooling companies. We do not install, repair or service any equipment, and we never compete with you for a job.

Three packages, three honest timelines

Every build starts as one of three packages, and each one carries a written timeline. The calendar only runs once we have your logins and content.

Package Pages Launch window One-time Monthly care
Essential 5–7 2–3 weeks $3,500 $149 hosting and maintenance
Professional 10–15 3–4 weeks $6,500 $249 hosting, maintenance and CRO
Enterprise Unlimited pages and locations 4–6 weeks $12,500 $449 full management

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST by province; at 5% GST, as in BC or Alberta, Essential comes to $3,675 including tax. The pricing page shows first-year totals for each package so you can compare them on one line.

The word "express" here means a known finish line. It does not mean skipping the things a homeowner checks before calling: who you are, what you fix, where you go, and whether you are licensed to do it.

How to tell which package you need

Count two things: the services that bring in real money, and the towns you are willing to drive to on a January night. Then multiply.

  • A two-truck furnace and AC shop serving one city with three core services fits Essential. Home, three service pages, about and contact is six pages.
  • A company selling furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, AC and maintenance plans across four municipalities needs a page for each service and a few area pages. That lands between 10 and 15 pages, which is Professional.
  • A company with two branches, a commercial division or eight service towns has outgrown a fixed page count. That is Enterprise.

If you can't decide, our page-count scoping guide walks through the arithmetic with worked examples.

What a launch-ready HVAC site has on day one

A launch-ready site is one a homeowner can act on within ten seconds of landing. Before we call any build finished, we check it against a short list:

  1. A tap-to-call number visible at the top of every page on a phone.
  2. A plain statement of the services you offer and the communities you cover.
  3. Your licence or registration details shown where your regulator expects them, which you confirm with that regulator.
  4. Real photos of your trucks, team or installs instead of stock images.
  5. A page for each service that earns you money, written for the customer's question rather than the manufacturer's brochure.
  6. Google Business Profile, analytics and call tracking connected before launch, not "later".

The full version, including the steps for launch day itself and the first month afterwards, is in our HVAC website launch checklist.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our team has built more than 150 live HVAC websites, and some of the most useful lessons came from what happened after launch. BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days. BoilerPart.ca runs 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic 180%. CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads. Those results came from the site plus the marketing that followed it, which is why our results page explains what each project teaches a new build.

A new site gives you a foundation. It does not, by itself, rank you or fill your schedule, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. That is why we offer after-launch growth plans for owners who want the next step handled too.

Built for every province and territory

Canada is not one HVAC market. A site for a Saskatoon furnace shop, a Halifax heat-pump installer and a Montréal company that needs a French version are three different builds. Our areas page covers all 10 provinces and 3 territories, with notes on regulators, rebate programs and heating seasons that change what your site should say.

Why owners come to us

Most owners who call us have one of three problems. They have no site at all and are starting a new company. Their old site was built years ago by a relative or a freelancer who disappeared, and nobody can log in. Or they are opening a new division or a new town and need pages up before the season turns.

In each case the fix is the same: agree the scope, gather the inputs, build to the written timeline, and launch with tracking in place. Learn more about how we work, read the FAQ, or contact us with your current site address and the number of services you sell. Every enquiry starts with the 7-day free trial, where we audit your current digital marketing, test how your existing site performs, review your SEO and benchmark you against local competitors. No credit card is needed.

How it works

  1. Pick the package that matches your page count

Count your money-making services and the towns you actually drive to. That number points to Essential, Professional or Enterprise, and we confirm it with you in writing.

  2. Hand over the launch kit in the first days

Logins, licence details, photos and your service list. The build clock is honest only when the inputs arrive on time, so we give you a short checklist on day one.

  3. Start with one direct conversation

No sales sequence and no web forms. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Frequently asked questions

What is HVAC.Express?

HVAC.Express is a Canadian website and marketing service for HVAC and heating companies, run by the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group from Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. Our job is websites and the marketing around them; no HVAC.Express person will ever arrive at a customer's door with tools.

How fast can my site go live?

The Essential package is a 5–7 page custom site in 2–3 weeks. Professional is 10–15 pages in 3–4 weeks, and Enterprise covers unlimited pages and locations in 4–6 weeks. We don't promise anything faster, because rushed HVAC sites usually launch with missing licence details and thin service pages.

What does a fast-launch site cost?

Essential is $3,500 one-time plus $149 a month for hosting and maintenance. Professional is $6,500 plus $249 a month, and Enterprise is $12,500 plus $449 a month. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST or HST for their province (GST and QST in Quebec).

What slows a launch down?

Almost always the inputs: a domain nobody can log in to, no photos of real work, or a service list that changes halfway through. Our owner prep guide lists everything to gather before day one.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. Ask us to put that in writing when we confirm your scope, and keep your own logins for the domain registrar and Google accounts.

Do you work outside British Columbia?

Yes. We build for HVAC companies in every province and territory, and our region pages cover the regulators, climate and rebate programs that shape what a site in each place should say.
