HVAC.Express is a website and marketing service for Canadian HVAC and heating companies, built on one idea: owners deserve to know exactly what they're getting and when. We sell three fixed-scope website packages with written timelines, and growth plans for after launch. We do not work on equipment; we build the websites and marketing that bring customers to the companies that do.
The company
HVAC.Express is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. It is a Canadian group with its headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, working for clients from coast to coast.
Two companies sit behind the brand:
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Conv.ca, BusinessConsulting.ca, Trades.Agency, HVAC.Digital and HVAC.Agency all operate under it. HVAC.Express sits within the HVAC.Agency family and uses the same published pricing.
- SAZ.ca (the name stands for Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is where the group's strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting lives, for Canadian clients. Ali founded it and is its Founder & Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
We exist as a separate brand because "I need a website, and I need to know when it'll be live" is a different conversation from "plan my marketing for the next three years". This site is for the first one. The services page lays out the packages.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads HVAC.Express. His training is an MBA in Technology Management, and his marketing career runs 17+ years. That career started with a company of his own: ONE.ir, the full-service digital marketing agency he set up in 2007.
Today he is based in Vancouver, BC, where HVAC.Express is run. Alongside SAZ.ca, he founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca. His clients have included businesses in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
His team has built more than 150 live HVAC websites. A few you can visit today: BCWide.ca, HeatLand.ca, BoilerPart.ca, CombiBoiler.ca, CanroHeat.ca, GasBoilers.ca, HVACDeal.ca and RomaHeating.ca. The outcomes worth knowing from those builds are on our results page.
That background matters for a fast-launch service for a plain reason: speed comes from having done it many times. After 150 HVAC sites, the questions that slow a build down (which licence wording, which services deserve their own page, which photos persuade) have known answers.
How we work
We run every build the same way, whatever its size.
- Scope first, in writing. Page count, timeline, price and what's included are agreed before work starts. If something changes, we price the change before doing it.
- Inputs early. We send a short list of what we need on the first day, from domain access to licence details, so the timeline doesn't stall in week two.
- Owner review in batches. You review pages in a few sittings rather than one at a time, which keeps the calendar honest.
- Launch with measurement. Analytics, call tracking and your Google Business Profile link are in place on launch day, following our launch checklist.
- Plain reporting. After launch you see calls, texts and emails by page, not vanity metrics.
We don't promise rankings or a number of leads. We do promise to tell you what we see, including when something isn't working.
What we will and won't do
Clear positioning saves everyone time.
We will: plan and build HVAC websites, write the content with you, connect tracking and your Google Business Profile, and, on a growth plan, run local SEO, ads and review generation.
We won't: install, repair, inspect or service equipment; give engineering, legal or code-compliance advice; or tell you what your regulator requires. Where licence details or rebate programs appear on your site, we link to the official source and ask you to confirm with the regulator or program administrator.
Working across Canada
Although we're based in Vancouver, our clients are spread across the country, and each region changes what a good HVAC site says. A Quebec site needs French. A Prairie site leans hard on furnaces and a long heating season. An Atlantic site often speaks to oil-to-heat-pump switching. The areas page covers each province and the territories.
If you'd like to talk about a build, call, text or email us. You'll reach a senior strategist, and the first step is the 7-day free trial audit with no credit card required.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns HVAC.Express?
HVAC.Express is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca, Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, also runs HVAC.Agency, the parent brand of this site.
Do you have an office I can visit?
Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, we work with HVAC companies right across Canada. We meet online by video or in person. Phone, text and email work too.
Are you an HVAC company?
No. We plan, build and market websites for HVAC companies, and advise owners on growth. We don't install, repair or service heating or cooling equipment, and we don't take jobs from the companies we work for.
Who will I actually deal with?
Your first conversation is with a senior strategist, and Ali Sedighi leads the work. You won't be passed to a junior salesperson to explain your business twice.
