Website packages

Package Scope Launch window One-time Monthly
Essential 5–7 page custom website 2–3 weeks $3,500 $149 hosting and maintenance
Professional 10–15 page conversion-focused website 3–4 weeks $6,500 $249 hosting, maintenance and CRO
Enterprise Unlimited pages and locations 4–6 weeks $12,500 $449 full management

Each package has its own page explaining who it suits: Essential, Professional and Enterprise.

First-year cost, worked out

The one-time fee is only part of the picture. Here is what each package costs over its first 12 months, so you can compare like with like.

Package Build 12 months of care First year, before tax First year, with 5% GST
Essential $3,500 $1,788 $5,288 $5,552.40
Professional $6,500 $2,988 $9,488 $9,962.40
Enterprise $12,500 $5,388 $17,888 $18,782.40

The last column uses 5% GST, as in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the territories; Ontario and Atlantic clients pay HST, and Quebec clients GST and QST. From the second year on, only the monthly fee continues: $1,788, $2,988 or $5,388 a year before tax.

Is it worth it? A break-even check you can do yourself

Take your average gross margin on one replacement job, after equipment and labour. Suppose, purely as an example, it is $2,000. Divide the first-year cost by that number.

  • Essential: $5,288 ÷ $2,000 is about 2.6 jobs.
  • Professional: $9,488 ÷ $2,000 is about 4.7 jobs.
  • Enterprise: $17,888 ÷ $2,000 is about 8.9 jobs.

Put in your own margin. If your site needs to bring in three or four extra replacement jobs in a year to pay for itself, that's the bar to judge it against, and it's the number to watch in your reports. We can't promise that it will, but we can make sure you can measure it.

What changes the price

The package price covers the scope written into it. These are the things that most often change a quote, and why:

  • Pages beyond the package range. An eighth page on Essential is a scope change; ten pages means Professional fits better.
  • Bilingual content. A French version for Quebec or New Brunswick roughly doubles the words to write and review.
  • Many locations. Each branch needs its own phone routing, licence details and local content.
  • Old-site migration. A large old site needs a redirect map so existing rankings carry over.

We price every change in writing before doing the work, so the number you approve is the number you pay. If a change would push the timeline, we say so at the same time rather than after the date has slipped.

How to choose without overspending

  1. Count your money services and real service towns. Our scoping guide shows the arithmetic.
  2. Pick the package that fits today plus one year. Not five years.
  3. Budget for the first year, not the build. Use the table above.
  4. Decide whether you'll market it yourself. If not, budget for a growth plan too.

Questions about cost are the most common ones we get; more are answered in the FAQ. When you're ready, contact us with your page count and we'll confirm the package in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a monthly fee on top of the build?

The monthly fee covers hosting and maintenance, and on the larger packages more than that: CRO on Professional and full management on Enterprise. A site without maintenance goes stale and becomes a security risk within months.

Do you charge GST or HST?

Canadian clients add GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec). The first-year totals on this page show the pre-tax figure and a 5% GST example.

Is there a free option to try before committing?

Yes. During the 7-day free trial we audit your marketing, check how your present website performs, analyse your SEO and compare you with competitors, all without a credit card.

Do prices change for Quebec or bilingual sites?

A bilingual site has more content to write and review, which affects scope. We price any scope change in writing before starting, so you see the number before you agree to it.
