Start your HVAC website: call, text or email

The quickest way to start is a direct conversation. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We pick up Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Send a text or email at any hour; we usually reply within one business day. You'll reach a senior strategist, not a call centre.

There are no web forms on this site, by design. A two-minute call tells us more about your business than any form could.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

What to include in your first message

You don't need to prepare a brief. But if you include a few facts, we can tell you on the first reply which package probably fits and roughly when it could launch.

  • Your company name and main town.
  • Your current website address, if you have one, even if it's broken.
  • The services you want calls for, in order of how much they matter to you.
  • The communities you serve, meaning the ones you'll actually drive to.
  • Your deadline, if there is one. For example, "before the heating season" or "before our second truck starts".
  • Whether you can log in to your domain, or don't know who registered it.

That last point matters more than it sounds. Lost domain access is the single most common cause of a delayed launch, and the owner prep guide explains how to track it down.

A sample first message

Here's a template you can copy into a text or email and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We do [services, e.g. furnaces, heat pumps, AC] across [communities]. Our current site is [website address or "none"]. We'd like a new site live by [date or season]. We [can / can't] log in to our domain. Best time to reach me is [time].

That's enough for us to come back with a sensible first answer.

What happens next

Here's the sequence once you get in touch:

  1. First conversation (15–20 minutes). We ask about services, towns, current site and timeline, and answer your questions about packages and pricing.
  2. 7-day free trial. Over that week we audit your digital marketing, run a performance check on the site you have now, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against the competitors your customers compare you with. No credit card is required, and the findings are yours to keep.
  3. Written scope. We confirm the package, page plan, price, timeline and what we need from you. Nothing starts until you agree.
  4. Kick-off. We send the input checklist and the clock starts once the essentials arrive.

From there, the build follows the timeline for your package: 2–3 weeks for Essential, 3–4 weeks for Professional, 4–6 weeks for Enterprise.

Who you'll be talking to

HVAC.Express is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. Our team has built 150+ live HVAC websites. You'll speak with someone who understands the difference between a combi boiler and a cold-climate heat pump, and why that difference changes your site.

We are a website and marketing service, not an HVAC contractor. If you're a homeowner looking for a furnace repair, we can't help with that, and you'll want to call a licensed local company instead.

Before you call: a short self-check

Answering these three questions takes five minutes and makes the first call more useful:

  1. How many services bring in most of your revenue?
  2. How many towns produce most of your jobs?
  3. Who controls your domain and Google Business Profile today?

If the answers are "three or fewer", "one" and "me", Essential is likely. If they're "five or more", "a few" and "not sure", plan for Professional and start recovering those accounts now. Read more in the FAQ or learn about us first.

We only email people who contact us first, and we don't add anyone to marketing lists.

Frequently asked questions

Which is quickest: call, text or email?

A call during business hours gets you a conversation straight away. A text is good if you're on a job and want us to call you back at a set time. A few words are plenty; we'll handle the rest. Email suits longer details, such as a list of services and towns.

Will I get a sales pitch?

You'll get questions about your business: services, towns, current site and timeline. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

What happens after the first conversation?

The 7-day free trial begins: we review your marketing as a whole, measure how your current site performs, check your SEO and size up your competitors, with no credit card. Then we confirm a package, price and timeline in writing.

Do you work with companies outside Vancouver?

Yes. We work with HVAC companies in every province and territory, with consultations by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.
