The right package is the one whose page count matches your business today, with room for what you'll add in the next year. Pick smaller than that and your service pages get crammed together. Pick larger and you pay for pages you have nothing to say on. Below is how we help owners decide, one package at a time.
A quick rule before the detail: list every service you want the phone to ring for, then every municipality you'll drive to. Services plus areas plus four core pages (home, about, contact, reviews or financing) gives a rough page count. Our page-count scoping guide shows the full method.

Essential launch website
Essential is a 5–7 page custom website delivered in 2–3 weeks, for $3,500 one-time plus $149 a month for hosting and maintenance. It suits a company with up to three core services in one main community.
Typical owners: a newly licensed gas fitter starting out, a two-truck furnace and AC shop with no site, or a boiler specialist whose old site went offline. The aim is simple: be findable, look credible, and make calling easy from a phone. Read the full Essential package page for the structure we usually recommend.
What it is not: a site for a company with eight services and five towns. Squeezing that business into seven pages means each service gets a paragraph, and paragraphs don't rank or persuade.
Professional launch website
Professional is a 10–15 page conversion-focused website delivered in 3–4 weeks, for $6,500 one-time plus $249 a month for hosting, maintenance and conversion-rate optimisation. It suits most established residential HVAC companies.
The extra pages pay for themselves by letting each money service stand alone. A homeowner searching for a combi boiler should land on a combi boiler page, not a general "heating" page that mentions it once. The monthly CRO work matters too: after launch, we look at where visitors drop off and adjust calls to action and page layout. Details are on the Professional package page.
Enterprise launch website
Enterprise covers unlimited pages and locations, delivered in 4–6 weeks, for $12,500 one-time plus $449 a month for full management. It suits multi-branch companies, firms with a commercial division, and owners planning a structured page for every community they serve.
The longer window is not padding. More locations means more licence details, more photos and more local content to gather and check, and that work is what makes location pages useful instead of thin copies. See the Enterprise package page for how we stage a large launch.
After-launch growth plans
A launched site is a foundation, and the growth plans are what bring traffic to it. Starter is $2,998 a month, Growth $4,498 and Elite $8,998, each with a 7-day free trial and no lock-in.
Starter covers SEO-built service pages, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, a basic Google and Meta ads setup, hosting, maintenance and a monthly report. Growth layers on deeper SEO and content, ads across more channels, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and a report every week. Elite goes further with video, PR outreach, a dedicated account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and custom reports. The after-launch page explains when it makes sense to start one.
How the four fit together
Think of it as a sequence rather than a menu:
- Scope. Count services and areas; agree the package in writing.
- Build. Essential, Professional or Enterprise, on its stated timeline.
- Launch. Tracking, Google Business Profile link and call routing in place on day one, following our launch checklist.
- Grow. Either run it yourself with the reporting set up at launch, or add a growth plan.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec). Full comparisons, including first-year totals, are on the pricing page, and the parent pricing schedule is published at hvac.agency/pricing.
Whichever package you choose, the positioning stays the same: we are a website and marketing service. We never send technicians, quote installs or touch equipment, which is why we can focus entirely on the part of your business that happens before the truck rolls.
Frequently asked questions
Can I start with Essential and move up later?
Yes, and many new companies should. Plan the Essential site so the menu and page structure can take more service pages later without a redesign. When you add services or towns, the upgrade is a scope change rather than a rebuild.
Which package do most established HVAC companies choose?
An established company selling five or more services across several towns usually needs 10–15 pages, which is the Professional package. Fewer pages than that tends to mean lumping boilers, heat pumps and furnaces onto one page, which helps nobody searching for one of them.
Is the monthly fee optional?
Each package is priced with its monthly hosting and care fee: $149, $249 or $449 a month. That fee keeps the site hosted, updated and maintained, and on Professional it includes conversion work. Ask us what happens to the site if you ever stop, and we'll answer in writing.
Do the website packages include SEO and ads?
The packages build and launch the site. Ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile work and paid ads sit in the monthly growth plans, which start at $2,998 a month. You can launch now and add a plan when you're ready.
